As a member of the Particip-led consortium for the FWC Framework Contract, Prolog evaluates the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of humanitarian interventions in the region against epidemics, flash floods and conflicts, with special focus on preparedness, resilience, urban settings, LRRD and climate change. EC/DG ECHO: Mid-term evaluation of Enhanced Response Capacity (ERC) funding, an ECHO-managed grant facility of €24 million per annum aimed at strengthening and optimizing the global humanitarian preparedness and response capacities, worldwide. As a member of the Particip-led consortium for the FWC Framework Contract, Prolog has implemented desk reviews and field case studies covering both low-visibility, protracted situations and Level-3 emergencies (conflict in South Sudan, typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines).
